This is a 6” double barrel buttercream cake. My client is turning 80 years old and loves being out in her garden. I tried to incorporate a variety of flowers – violets, anemone, daisies, rose, ranunculus, and lavender. I’m still learning how to handle the delicate wafer paper, and I’m always excited when I can make it do something it doesn’t want to do!
I made the wreath using floral wire and tiny wafer paper buds.
