I was asked to create a design that would in corporate different parts of Italy for a customers mothers birthday as she’s having a surprise trip and here it is.
The top tier is a stem ginger cake with gingerbread butter cream and ginger curd . The bottom is lemon cake sign homemade lemon syrup and preserve and curds.
