Earlier this year, I saw some cookies online that I thought would be great for Easter time and told myself to remember to make them :) Then I forgot where I saw them originally, I’m sorry. Today, I made them as ‘test’ cookies for my children. I re-purposed a butterfly-shaped cookie cutter for this, created the rabbit ears and used pink sanding sugar, then made rosettes and leaves. I don’t know what happened to that one red rose there on the right-hand-side cookie, LOL, never mind, so otherwise, they’re so easy and pretty to make, GREAT for Easter for sure. All sorts of variations can be made and especially fun if you have children make some with you!
