It’s always difficult to pick a favourite because one puts in the same amount of passion , hard work and dedication into each cake but having said that I do have a soft corner for this wedding cake .

Four tiers in cream made me nervous but the contrast of plum and gold with cream roses and sugar blackberries made it the couple’s dream cake .
