For the holiday of Purim in Israel, children dress up in costumes. Some of the most popular for young children are action figures, Disney characters and cute animals. Each of my 3 very young grandchildren was dressed as one of the figures on the cake. Well, actually, the figures were made based on how they were to be dressed :) The cake itself is shaped as the traditional Purim, the “Hamantash”, which is pretty much triangular.
This was my first try on semi 3 D figures using the layering technique.
