This is a banoffee pie cake.
First layer is a chocolate chip and toffee sponge with caramel sauce and whipped dark chocolate ganache.
Next layer is a traditional banana cake with caramel sauce and slightly salted toffee buttercream.
Next layer is a banana chip cake with biscoff and vanilla buttercream and caramel sauce .
Then the whole cake is wrapped in dark chocolate ganache .
