The antlers are made from a clothes hanger washed of course, then covered with aluminum and melting chocolate. The rest is just a 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla cake, covered with buttercream and candy eyes and fondant nose. He appears to have swallowed a cake, but I still thought he turned out pretty cute for my grandson.
