Being asked to create Audrey 2 from Little Shop of Horrors was so exciting as I love the film and love a bit of blood and gore!

So Audrey 2 was born from cake, her coffee tin is vanilla sponge and she herself is chocolate sponge. Apart from the internal supports everything was handmade and edible.

I cut the tin details from wafer paper before mounting on black sugar paste.

I covered her in green before adding texture and then painting on the colours with dusts and cocoa nibs to build up the overall look. I applied her lips and added texture before spraying her with Shell and Shine. I then added some blood by way of coloured piping gel.

I hand drew the invoice with edible pens onto wafer paper and added some bloody thumbprints and the birthday message. Then I splatted the whole thing with blood, because Audrey 2 can never have enough blood, right?

I also provided a side of vegan cupcakes.
