This is so beautiful, but how do you paint on whipped cream? Isn’t it terribly soft??

Thank you ladies!
It is soft and not so easy to work with, but we all like whipped cream cakes.
I have applied colored whipped cream with spatula and once I was done, I did just one motion with spatula from the center of the cake towards the outer edge of the cake.l
