This cake was for a lovely couple in Bude Cornwall. The sugarflower boquet on top of the cake took me two weeks to complete.
The cake was a huge success and was a mix of a fudgy chocolate cake with white chocolate gananche, zesty lemon cake with homemade lemon curd with lemon buttercream and a victorian sponge with strawberry conserve, vanilla buttercream and strawberries.

I am very impressed with your cakes especially as they are gluten free.
I have not tried to make a gluten free cake yet, but I will after seeing your cakes and if I need advice I hope I can ask you :)
