This is my classical cakes. I made it for friends and family. In the middle of the cakes there are sponge cake – vanilla, chocolate, coconut and red velvet, Black velvet. The cake are lined with various creams, fruit and home-made jams. These are creams: whipped cream with strawberry mousse, raspberry or blackcurrant mousse, as well as stracciatella cream, coffee, coconut cream, chocolate butter cream and
buttery cherry cream. Cakes decorated in a classic style, butter cream on Swiss or Italian meringue or whipped cream. Fruit, chocolate and marzipan are also used for decoration. I try to put all my heart and passions into every cake.

It’s so nice to hear such praise ☺ When I saw cakes here, I wanted to burn of shame. My cakes are very modest and classic. I have not seen such here . But this is my passion and my love.
