A sweet little boy asked me for a Jeep in the Mud Cake. I have never realy carved a cake cause I always make them round but a round cake with a tiny jeep in the mud, i could not picture it. So I tried it big. It was much more work then I anticipated !! Also…Airbrush broke half way down..so I had to hand paint the lot…
But..I think he is going to be realy happy with it.
Filled en frosted with Italian meringue cream, ganache, caramel and apricot.

So much yet to learn, but what fun to do so!
