This lovely turtle is coming out of his eggshell. The egg is completly made with chocolate cake and covered with fondant. The front part of the cake is made with modelling chocolate.

I am just a hobby baker and don’t make cakes for others as a order. I love to make this kind of cakes just for fun. This cake I did made myself during a workshop from Jennifer Holst from Germany. All the credits for this amazing idea goes to her.
