My Theme – Namaste

Namaste or Namaskar or Namaskaram is a common verbal salutation in India. My piece is inspired by our culture and the spiritual meaning it holds, reflecting the belief that “the diving and self is same in you and me”, and connotes " I bow to the divine in you". And my other inspiration in this piece is Lotus, sacred flower and occupies a unique position in the art and mythology of ancient India and has been an auspicious symbol of Indian culture.
