For the 10th Birthday of my twins…I made all tools by hand with sugar past and pastillage; it was hard but fun, and my kids were happy, and this is the important thing!
The first cake (the box) is a “Madeira cake” with double chocolate cream and the othe cake (the wood table) is a classic italian “Pan di spagna cake” with chantilly cream and strawberries.
