This was my second entry for Cake International at the NEC in Birmingham recently. I was thrilled to win silver with this. The boot is carved from cake, covered in sugarpaste and modelling chocolate and airbrushed. All models are made from Saracino modelling paste. I ran out of time but was happy overall with how it looked! Thanks for looking x
