Though I would like to call myself a sugar florist, I also believe that the purpose of making sugar flowers is to finally decorate a cake with it. Hence I try and showcase cakes along with my flowers so that one can visualise as to how it would finally look on a cake.
Here I have used my red and white sugar poinsettias to adorn a cake where in the theme is winter – the bottom tier represents the cold boulders; the middle tier- distressed leather which is trending now and the top tier- the feathers which help to keep the birds warm during the biting cold winter season and of course the Poinsettia flowers which are winter flowers! :)
