Bliss!
An ethnic style engagement cake!
This cake was inspired by one of the wedding cakes I had worked on earlier with some modifications.
Elements worked on: Hand moulded jewellery on the bottom tier ( this took the longest to work on but was so much fun too!), edible rings with isomalt diamonds in an edible box on top tier and delicate gumpaste flowers at the periphery of the top tier.
