This is an English Toffee Cake with a caramel Swiss Meringue Buttercream. It is covered in fondant/gumpaste wooden look slats and other embellishments. It is for a friends husband’s birthday. It is a surprise as she just told me to do whatever I wanted. Hope she likes it! Thanks for looking!
