So the party theme was all Moroccan style. with the brown and blue colors palette. So I just ganached the cake, and then using the Damask onlay made the design. I had to chill the cake to stick the fondant and was a bit afraid of it sliding down when the cake got warmer but nothing happened.
Client was very happy, and me too!
