For the Sugar Skulls this year I collaborated with fellow cake artist Sharon from Not your Average Cupcake to produce a dual piece we called Soul Sisters. I found an inspiration picture we both used which was of a stunning day of the dead woman that became our theme for both pieces. My sugar shoe is free form without templates, hand painted and using scroll accents. We both wanted to pay tribute to our mothers who are incredibly important to us. Thanks for looking x
