Hi! Just thought I’d share my entry to Cake International this weekend. It won a silver award 😍 It’s ‘The Head’ statue from Art Attack, a British kids TV show. I loved watching this when I was younger! He’s all sponge cake, covered in ganache and fondant, then airbrushed, and of course all the details on the board are handmade and edible!
