Christening cake for Jacob catering for 100+. Bottom tier a 12” 3-layered Victoria sponge sandwiched with Swiss Meringue Butter Cream and Strawberry jam. Top tier an 8” Carrot cake sandwiched and coated with cream cheese frosting. I used my new Hot-air balloon patchwork cutters for added detail.
