I love the colouring on this cake!

Your stripes are perfect! Nice job.
What technique did you use for the stripes?

Thank you so much Tracy. After rolling out the 2 colors on the pasta machine, I cut the stripes to size and lined them up on parchment paper. I then used the parchment paper to lift several together to the cake. I used Trucolors natural colors for the pink and apple green natural Magic colors. Glad that you like it :)
