My Step Granddaughter Ellissa has a Birthday today and she loves anything to do with Disney Princesses.
And this year she asked for a Princess Moana cake.
You can get some really great printed toppers on rice paper or icing, so I made the most of that and designed a cake around them.
I think she’s going to like it.
