This cake was for my son’s wedding. He married a girl from Ecuador but her family lives in Mexico City so that is where the wedding was held. All of the parts were made here in Canada and were flown to Mexico with me. The main body of the cake was cargo, delicate florals were my carry on. A few mishaps along the way but all turned out well in the end with only minor damage that was fairly easy to camouflage. #cakeadventures
