Slytherin is my favourite house from Harry Potter. I chose to marble the cake because it reminds me of the smoke you would get if a potion goes wrong!!
I made the wand, added a snake skin effect to the handle, and wrapped a snake around it to represent Slytherin house. I made it true to size so when you hold it, it feels correctly weighted.
Don’t even talk to me about the golden snitch!! It took 3 tries before I worked out what I was doing wrong 😂.
Hand cut Harry Potter lettering, and a cobblestone base complete the story.
