This cake was made for a medieval themed wedding yesterday at Mont Orgueil castle in Jersey.

It was made up of the following flavours:
6" Apple cider cake with apple buttercream,
8" Lemon & Lime cake with lemon buttercream,
10" Chocolate orange cake with chocolate orange buttercream.

It was decorated with handmade sugar flowers and edible beading. Plus the navy sides were hand piped with royal icing.
