Corn snake cake

I have to say this wasn’t my most favourite cake to make, I’m not a great fan of snakes.
But Liam is!, he has a pet Corn snake so when his Mum Debbie asked me to make a cake for him and sent me a photo of it I couldn’t say no could I?……….especially as I’ve made him a Birthday cake for the last few years.
And putting the cake together was every bit as slippery as I imagine the real thing would be.
Those cake layers were sliding everywhere!! Till I skewered them to the board…….haha.

Thanks Fifi xx When you put the eye on characters they always ‘come to life’ and this one gave me the shivers when I put the light in it’s eyes. Wish I did like them more, I’m sure they’re fascinating if you can get to like them xx
