This was my contribution to Cakeflix Collaboratio, my first!! I decided on a tribute to Sleepy Hollow, my headless horseman was made from modeling chocolate painted with cocoa butter, the background was fondant and the ground was a mixture of crushed oreos and sanding sugar in shades of gray and brown. I really love the way it turned out!! :0)
