This was a very special cake for a lovely lady’s 100th birthday! How often do you get to do that hey? All buttercream – top tier coconut cake, bottom tier chocolate cake – entirely hand piped buttercream flowers. Flowers include peony, rose, ranunculus, dahlia, chrysanthemum and hydrangea. I’ve used Swiss meringue buttercream for filling, frosting and the flowers. Thank you for looking.
