Cake was supported on an internal structure to make it gravity defying and give the illusion the the turtle was swimming.
Shell made of cake, head and fins made of rice Krispy treats covered in modelling chocolate. The entire thing was painted with coco butter and dust colours.
Smaller turtles made from saracino modelling paste.
