Romantic swiss dots and sugar blooms

This cake was a challenge for two reasons: 1. I had SERIOUSLY underestimated the number of flowers needed for the bottom tier, so I had to make significantly more than I had anticipated, and 2. I had to transport and set up the cake for an outdoor wedding three hours away, at 40 degrees Celcius. Thankfully all went without a hitch, and the lovely bride and groom were delighted! :)
