For all you NY Knicks fans out there, here’s a fun basketball themed cake. This was my first time making a sphere and I wondered…“how in the world am I going to get the texture of a basketball on here?”. Well, with a little ingenuity, I pulled out the old fashioned Italian hand cheese grater (you know the one…all metal with handle and 4 sides) and one of the sides worked like a charm! LOVE how this turned out and hope you do, too!
