Virgin Atlantic had a cake competition to celebrate their 33rd birthday (#cakesonappane). I didn’t win so won’t be jetting off anywhere exotic 😭 But I did enjoy making the cake!

This cake has tiers of British Victoria sponge cake, amaerican chocolate mud cake and a tropical lime and coconut cake.
The suitcase is packed to travel to one of the fab destinations on their route map (hand painted). Edible passport with rice paper pages and boarding pass ready. Then fly off into the clouds where the glamorous cabin crew is waiting (with a British flag as it’s a British brand).
