“Yoga – A gift to world from land of ‘Om’”

“You can not control what goes on outside, but you can always control what goes on inside”. Yoga is not all about asana but it’s a combination of physical, mental & spiritual practice. Originated almost 5,000 years back in Vedic India which I prefer to call land of Om, Yoga is a gift to world which helps improving a person’s not only externally but internally too. That’s what I tried to depict in my creation. Om at the base is representing India, the origin. Next two tiers have various poses of yoga, representing physical aspect of Yoga (all are not possible 😊) Lotus represents spiritual part, purity of body, speech & mind and on top lady in Dhyan mudra wearing a dress in Indian flag color represents India’s intention to spread peace in the world.
