Over the past few days, I’ve had the privilege of creating this amazing cake for the retiring president of Riverbanks Zoo in South Carolina. I always love a new challenge, and this one literally takes the cake! The tiger is 100% edible and made from my grandmothers cream cheese vanilla pound cake, buttercream, chocolate ganache, and lots of patience. I’m proud of this one!! :)
