This is the official album from my “Viking Warrior” for the “Chocolate Magic” LIVE CAKE SCULPTING show at #internationaltortemnessegermany with the the delicious Callebaut chocolate and the Magic Colours <3 the best products if you want to do your best.
This is a bigger than lifesize 120 cm tall 100% cake sculpture made out of chocolate sponge and ganache. The decoration is all made with ganache, the armor shield is tempered chocolate and just a few details with modelling chocolate. I Handpainted with edible colours from #magiccolours .
About 30 kg of cake made live at Cake and Bake Dortmund in 6 h without previous preparation.
