I forgot all about this cake!! My client asked to have it a week earlier.. and I forgot to change it in my book:(.. after shedding some tears.. she says the party wasn’t for another 3 hours.. Score!! I Whipped the cakes in the oven.. made a quick batch of gumpaste, and went to work! Still can’t believe I finished it in that time, and VERY pleased with the results with my 3 hour time limit.. Cake is all buttercream with gumpaste decor.. Made to match the birthday decorations. Thanks for looking:)!
