This is a cake ordered by a Dr. for his nurse who has been with him for 25 years in his office. He wanted to surprise her, and order a cake large enough for the office as well. 100% buttercream design, except pill bottle. The cake flavors are 1/2 butternut, ad 1/2 chocolate. .I added: nursing hat, Stethoscope, hypodermic needle, bandage, pills, *(and pill bottle is the only thing not buttercream).
