“Cocoa” My (bigger than life size) cake from my 4 hours live sculpting show at International Cake Show Australia.

She is 120 cm high and about 40 kg of cake, ganache and chocolate. 100 % cake and 100% edible decoration made out of ganache, tempered chocolate and modelling chocolate without wires or skewers, but obviously with a structure inside as a defying gravity cake of this size doesn’t magically flies. This is a fast an expresive cake made in 4 h on stage with 4 h of previous preparation of the structure, stacking and setting for the show.

All the decorations are made with tempered chocolate and the finishing of the cake with ganache but the roses which are cake covered in modelling chocolate and the fabric effect in the bottom of the cake which is VIZION’s dark modelling chocolate too.

The painting is made with the awesome dusts and metallic airbrush set from our sponsor MAGIC COLOURS
