I made this cake for my son’s birthday party yesterday. 2 1/2 feet tall! The cake was red velvet and chocolate, filled with italian butterceam, coated with chocolate ganache, and decorated with modelling chocolate/fondant. Everyone was wowed by it. Hope you love it too. :)
