Fresh strawberry cake with cream cheese buttercream frosting and filling finished with the water color technique. Roses are made without cutters from gum paste made from Nicholas Lodge’s recipe. The color used is Betty Crocker Neon Gel Colors which I bought at the grocery store. Love the stuff!
