I had the honour of doing this Beach Theme Cake for my cousin’s son who recently got married in romantic Mauritius. As this was travelling, I designed it for safest travelling possible. It was quite a learning curve for me as first time I had to have a cake transported on a flight. Safe to say it all arrived safely and intact!!! I used dummies as well as Chocolate Torte cake (which was kept chilled at all times) Shells I made from sugarpaste from my own moulds I made. I added gold leaf and used rainbow dust airbrush sheen for the blue. The beautiful bride wanted bling!!!
