These cookies were a last minute additional contribution in order to showcase some of the wonderful art by Joel Anderson, already an extremely accomplished young man, and internationally recognised as an artist, accomplished author, animator, songwriter and inspirational speaker. Wow! I am not a cookie artist at all, but I saw his painting and it just screamed cookies at me, so that was where I went!
