On the back of the birthday cake I made for myself back in February I received an order from one of the girls at work. Chocolate cake with raspberry jam and a raspberry and dark chocolate ganache with raspberry meringue buttercream. Topped with homemade macarons (this time I played with airbrushing them), meringues and tempered chocolate shards.
