GOLD AWARD CAKE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

Last 16 th march we won a GOLD AWARD and second place in our category (‘Pushing the Boundaries’) with this cake in Cake International Competition in Birmingham. Our pirate it’s done with different techniques and materials. We made all face and hair with white modelling chocolate. For all other details (jacket, hat…) we used Renshaw sugarpaste. Parrot is made with white modelling chocolate.
