This is my first time attempt in ruffled rosettes using whipped cream (vertical + horizontal). My right hand is aching and fingers are sore but I really like the way it looks.. so pretty in baby pink.They took a lot of time. no fun without challenges ryt?? a fine good tip, Hand placement, and the right pressure are critical. Most importantly, this is whipped cream, no fondant, and no buttercream. you cannot undo it at all. only repeat it from the beginning. hehe
