This is my GOLD award winning entry for Cake International Spring competition at NEC Birmingham, UK.
It is only my second time entering, so was absolutely thrilled to achieve a prestigious Gold Award!
I chose this piece as I love Game of Thrones, and wanted to challenge myself and go completely out of my comfort zone.
The piece was modelled with RKT, covered in chocolate ganache and then finished with modelling chocolate.
Each little rectangular block on the armour was cut and placed by hand, no mean feat, which took 2 full days!
The head and body were dusted with a variety of edible colours.
