This was a cake made for a local women’s group who like to dine out once a month together. It was one on my bucket list to do, so having literally a captive group, what better way to celebrate the movie and some flavors!!!! lol. so the bottom tier is chocolate with a kirsch simple syrup, chocolate pearls, ganache and cherries and the top tier is coconut with rum simple syrup, pineapple and pastry cream.
it was fun to do, just wish I had had time to make Mrs Potts but there you have it!
